Booking Conditions
Reservations: In order to confirm a reservation we require a deposit
of 25% of the total stay, or a current credit card number (with expiry
date) to guarantee the booking. A 25% of the total stay will be levied
to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the visit,
every endeavour will be made to re-let the accommodation to avoid the
deposit being forfeited. A cancellation within 7 days of your visit,
or for no shows will occur the full tariff.
Insurance: Full travel insurance, which protects against unexpected changes
to your travel agenda is recommended.
